Take your mocks

Each paper is available from 10am on its scheduled date until 9:59am the following day, so the week runs from Monday 26 to Saturday 31 October.

Yes, the mocks are completely free, with only 1,000 spots available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration opens on Thursday 24 September at 12:30pm.

Any GCSE or A-level student sitting AQA, Edexcel or OCR exams. The mocks are designed to help you practise under real exam conditions and identify areas to improve ahead of your school mocks and the summer exams.

When and how do I take the papers?

Exams run from 26 to 31 October 2026, over the October half-term. Each day’s papers are available for 24 hours, from 10am on the scheduled day until 9:59am the next day.

Take them online through Medly at any time within this window. You’ll need:

  • A device with internet access
  • A calculator for Maths and the sciences
  • Paper for working out

If you miss a paper, it will be locked until results day. After results come out, you can take missed papers if you are subscribed to Medly Pro.

How are the mocks marked and what feedback will I receive?

Medly marks your papers like a human examiner, understanding correct answers, awarding partial credit, and providing detailed explanations.

Full results will be released at 12:30pm on Tuesday 3 November 2026. This allows time for adjustments based on how students nationwide have performed, ensuring the most accurate grading possible. Your final results will include:
