Each paper is available from 6pm MYT on its scheduled date until 5:59pm the following day, so the week runs from Monday 26 to Friday 30 October.

What are the Medly Mocks ’26?

Which exams and subjects are covered?

SPM: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. STPM: Pengajian Am, Mathematics T, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Choose SPM or STPM when you register, and each paper you sit will follow that exam's syllabus.

Are the mocks free?

Yes, the mocks are completely free. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration opens on Tuesday 6 October at 12pm MYT.

Who is it for?

Any student sitting SPM or STPM. The mocks are designed to help you practise under real exam conditions and identify areas to improve ahead of your school trials and the real SPM or STPM.

When and how do I take the papers?

Exams run from 26 to 30 October 2026. Each day’s papers are available for 24 hours, from 6pm MYT on the scheduled day until 5:59pm the next day.

Take them online through Medly at any time within this window. You’ll need:

  • A device with internet access
  • A calculator for the maths and science papers
  • Paper for working out

If you miss a paper, it will be locked until results day. After results come out, you can take missed papers if you are subscribed to Medly Pro.

How are the mocks marked and what feedback will I receive?

Full results will be released at 8pm MYT on Wednesday 4 November 2026. This allows time for adjustments based on how students nationwide have performed, ensuring the most accurate grading possible. Your final results will include:
